Pretty self-explanatory, right? After you create your own copy of the calculator, you'll need to input certain data for the calculator to work. (Column A and B, rows 5-8). With this calculate both your Average LTV (many customers) and your Individual LTV (The Lifetime Value of an invidivual customer.)

This calculator will tell you which metrics/values you need to achieve in order to reach your desired profit margin. Just like with the Customer LTV calculator, you'll need to input certain values for the calculator to work.
